Lost pictures...

Momma hired a man to come in and cut down the Russion Olive trees that were growing on the north fence. These were the ones which had big thorns growing on them.

lawn ornaments

We built the blue step when we were there last visit, this is her new kitty.

We also replaced the old fence which was here and put in the cahin link with a gate so the mowers can get in the back yard.

She rents the pasture to the neighbor, he had just brought in a load of new cows.

Doggie/Cat Door...

Charles and Amanda went to the Home Discount Store and purchased a fancy doggie door for their screen door... I think she said it was $25.00. We didn't have to go to that expense all we did was leave Dallas outside during the day...

this is Dallas...doesn't she look evil...

she does not like to be outside when the sun is shining unless you have left the door open. We think she's part vampire, she will go out at night but during the day the only way she'll stay outside is if you leave the door open. When we didn't she did this to the screen.

So I taped it up and voila' instant doggie/cat door.

Flowers...

Yesterday I noticed, there are flowers on the lime tree! At least I think it's the lime it could be the lemon, I wish I had marked the pots. Does this mean limes soon? Now today I went to check on the little blossoms...and they were no where to be seen. What happened to my flowers? Then I noticed...see it at the top right side of the picture...clover. I think I had flowers on the clover instead of the lime. Oh well, we'll keep watching it.

The MIGHTY Mole Hunter...

Doesn't she look evil... we caught her digging in the yard. We think she is digging for a mole.

digging, digging, digging...

whoa...she's getting deep! Kenneth said "I wish we could get a video of this"...

Well, there is a video...but it won't let me load it to the blog. If anybody can help me figure out what I may be doing wrong, please leave a comment. Thanks.

Blogs...

OK, I admit when I'm home and Kenneth is at work I spend wayyyy too much time reading other peoples blogs. I thoroughly enjoy seeing what other women, moms, grandmothers are doing in their lives and I don't mind admitting borrowing some of their ideas and laughing at their stories. It makes my day. Here's a blog I came across from someone else but signed up to be put on their blog list, Project Laundry List. Check it out and add your name if you also use a clothesline.I came across this site this morning...CUPCAKES!!! who doesn't love a little piece of cake? Their having a contest, check out some of these creations...incredible! No One Puts Cupcakes in a Corner
