Newest BOP member...
As the newest member to the Bureau of Prison family what more could you expect than for Emily to be equipped with her very own "Home Monitor". You know that kind they put on your ankle so they can track persons of interest, so they can monitor that they are staying home. Yes! She's on house arrest.
