Day 2 - Amarillo, TX to Taos, NM

Welcome to New Mexico...

our first antelope spotted...

Below is a little town we drove through,

every building was painted, It was

really cute...

this sign cracked me up...

We drove on...

and saw more antelope...

and a prairie dog city

Vietnam War Memorial...

For $10.00 each you can ride to the top of the ski lift,
2 miles up you go from 8,600 ft. to 10,667 ft.
YES, we rode...

at the top there was a place to eat and zip lines, 

but they were all closed...

going back down

there was a group riding upon the lift

and riding their bikes down the different

trails...

back on the road...
