Roasting garlic




What do you do with a big bag of garlic?
tear foil into squares, push into muffin pan...

place cloves in foil, top with olive oil 
scrunch up the top
Bake 325* for 45 minutes...

Once baked place into baggie and freeze,
 pull out one packet whenever you need some garlic
