when Charles and Amanda left the last time they left a half a bag of crab meat. I didn't want it to go to waist so I went online and found this recipe for "Impossible Easy Seafood Pie", it's from Betty Crocker/Bisquick. (click on the link to get the recipe)
it was very creamy and we used onions and peppers from the garden, we didn't put in any shrimp and I used red peppers instead of pimentos, but it was still very good and I was able to take it to work for 2 days, warmed up well in the microwave. Kenneth said it was OK, but he'd rather have had crab legs with butter.
