For about 6 weeks we had no rain and 10 days of over 100* weather. (I know Sheri, your still having over 100* weather) But the garden was doing really well, lots of tomatoes and 4-5 okra everyday. The same week we hit 105* on Monday our record high by Friday a cool front came in and we set a record "Low High" of 76* and in the last week to ten days we have had 4 1/2" of rain. This caused alot of the tomatoes to split and the okra is down to 1-3 a day. But we'll take the cooler weather because I've been able to turn the air up 2* from running at 76* to 78*.
Update on our electric bill: June was $118.00 and July was $146.00, still not bad.
