We have finally arrived...

We walked downtown to take a look around, we're only 3 blocks from the parade route. A block down we cross a bridge and see this little creek.

Look! a duck.

and fish!

the fish were on the north side of the bridge...

there were some nice sized ones...on the south side of the bridge...were people fishing. Hey, you need to be on the other side of the bridge.

you see bear carvings and statues everywhere.

We went driving around and went to "The Log Cabin Village", it is an area of rental log cabins, what it doesn't tell you is the severe degree of the roads!

we saw alot of really pretty places...

and then Kenneth said "we have to get off this mountain or we're not going to have any brakes or transmission left!"

So we went back to walking around downtown. We ran into several superstars!

the tower, you could ride to the top but we just looked.

We got a cool drink at Bubba Gumps.

We celebrated our 32nd Anniversary!
