Heat filling in separate pan.
Flip out and let cool while you cook the next one.
Stack them up until your ready to start rolling.
- Mix together in a bowl with electric beater:
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
- add in:
1 cup flour (sifted) so there are no lumps.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Heat a 6" skillet, oiled, on med/high heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter into heated skillet, swirl around.
- You have to watch the heat and change as needed.
When cooked where its dry on top and you can lift the edge with spatula, flip out onto a newspaper or paper towels.
- Heat in separate pan:
1 can apple pie filling
When you've made them all (14 - 16) place your filling in the center.
Roll up and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and top with whip cream.
