Apple crepes...

1/4 C. batter, swirl and cook.

Heat filling in separate pan.

Flip out and let cool while you cook the next one.

Stack them up until your ready to start rolling.

We use Pam to spray the pan, you need to respray after every 3 - 4.
Finished.

ENJOY!

  • Mix together in a bowl with electric beater:
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
  • add in:
1 cup flour (sifted) so there are no lumps.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Heat a 6" skillet, oiled, on med/high heat.
  • Pour 1/4 cup batter into heated skillet, swirl around.
  • You have to watch the heat and change as needed.

When cooked where its dry on top and you can lift the edge with spatula, flip out onto a newspaper or paper towels.

  • Heat in separate pan:
1 can apple pie filling
When you've made them all (14 - 16) place your filling in the center.
Roll up and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and top with whip cream.
